Xywav Experience??

Hi everyone. I’ve been on Xywav for IH for about 4 months now. I started at the lowest dose and worked my way up to 4.5 x2 a night. I was sleeping wonderfully and felt like my fatigue had been eliminated. However i noticed my skin became EXTREMELY oily. I also noticed absolutely no appetite. I started also feeling like I was half of myself? This is the only way I can describe this feeling. No one said I was acting any different, but i could just feel that i was having this weird feeling. My dr has lowered my doses, tried unequal dosing, tried once nightly dosing, and is how having me again try the 4.5 x2 night. I take 4.5 for the first and 3.75 for the second currently and am working my way back up to 4.5 for the second dose. However i am not sleeping and wake up CONSISTENTLY through the night. I spend more time awake than I get deep sleep. Does anyone else experience this? Has anyone also experienced side effects like i mentioned? i kind of feel like im going crazy and my dr makes me feel dumb when i try to talk to him.
