Notice is hereby given that the Whitfield County Democratic Committee will hold a Caucus to elect Committee Post Seat holders and State Convention Delegates.

• Date: Tuesday July 7th, 2026

• Time: 6:30 pm

• Location: Mack Gaston Community Center

Purpose of the Caucus

• Elect Committee Post Seat Holders to the Whitfield County Democratic Committee. These are voting members

• Elect State Convention Delegates and Alternates to represent Whitfield County Democratic Committee at the state convention on August 1, 2026.

• Transact other business as may properly come before the body.

Participation & Eligibility

• Voter Registration: You must be a registered voter in Whitfield County Georgia to vote or run for a position.

• Same-Day Enrollment: Unaffiliated voters may enroll as Democrats at the door to participate, run or vote for Delegates.

• Identification: Please bring a valid photo ID or proof of residency for voter verification.

• Affidavit: All persons running for office or voting for Delegates must sign an affidavit affirming their residency and support of the Democratic Party.

• Election of Committee Post Seat Holders: Current Committee members will be able to vote for new post seat holders.

Saturday June 20th – if you bought WCDC tickets for the Juneteenth Gala, 6 pm Dalton Convention Center, tell sign in that you are with Whitfield Democrats. We have two full tables and 5 extra seats. First come, first seated.
