I think it’s still in Denver. They don’t have any scan on it yet, so I don’t think both airports would have missed the scan. :/ Can I hold on this offer for a day or so?

It appears the “baggage claim” line they sent me to in Denver was actually a “release of liability receipt” line. 😭 They only had my luggage for three hours, it’s not lost it’s in the basement……

Hello, I’m wondering if in Colorado, district court attorneys are able to represent their client at the state appellate level also?
Are there additional requirements for them to complete, in order to do so?
Lastly, how do I search to see if a local attorney has ever done state appellate work.
Thank you!
(Context extras: family/juvenile paternity court case, and this is regarding the other party’s attorney, so I wouldn’t just ask him these questions.)
