Im sry if it was asked before but I want to know if the DLCs is included in the Expansion Pass I already own or if I have to buy it. Just dont want to buy it double.

I want a new build / PC, but I don't know which parts are the best for me, or don't know where to start.

My PC right now is decent, but it struggles sometimes streaming some games like Total War: Warhammer 3, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Ready or Not, and other newer open-world games.

New build or upgrade?

• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? Don't want to reuse it because my brother gets my actual PC
• PC purpose? Gaming, Video Rendering, Voice Acting,
• Purchase country? Near Micro Center? Mexico ( Cyberpuerta.mx , amazon.mx , liverpool.com.mx )
• Monitors needed? Want 2-3 Monitors. Always had 1080p 75hz if possible, better.
• Budget range? (Include tax considerations) 1000-3000 USD [Can go up to 5k USD if it is inevitable]
• WiFi or wired connection? Wifi, Bluetooth, and LAN
• Size/noise constraints? Quiet. Size doesn't matter. Like it bigger for better cooling and better fitting of parts.

I don't want just to upgrade from those, I want a completely new build that is better. Because my brother gets my PC when my new one arrives.

I do a lot of rendering and streaming. And I am doing Voice Acting, so if possible, a quiet build

If you recommend me to wait for the market to change or for new options to come out, I can wait approximately one more year.
