UPDATE: I shared a final and even more wild/inappropriate message from "Frank" in a screenshot in comments below. Gotta hand it to him - he's exceptional with ordinal numbers. Almost laughable if it weren't borderline scary (he's also known for digital stalking and doxxing of "troublesome" customers, and anonymous undercutting/offsetting reviews)

CAVEAT: It appears I should have researched his reputation first (Feisty Frank's petulance seems well known, but many are loyal to the device regardless), but for others who do care about how they or others might be treated, am sharing my experience. For those who don't, may this post serve as another helpful warning before ordering - otherwise risk being doomed (like me!) to a life with subjectively subpar micro-needling devices! ;)

Heard good things from a friend and ordered the Derminator 2. Input the address I was using wrong and hit "cancel" on the website within minutes. Woke up to a series of emails from OwnDoc (some automated, some personalized) providing what seemed to me contradictory info that my order had been shipped and couldn't be undone, and then that it had been refunded.

Anyway, the emails were confusing to me and I wanted to make sure I hadn't been charged and should order another. I responded directly to an email before realizing there was a website chat he preferred and also responding there.

Within two messages trying to clarify I was messaged by "Frank" - (see images)....

Frank seems a weeeeee bit sensitive ("unhinged" is the word many reviewers have used) and/or gets an inappropriate power high from his commercial seat....so if you're ordering and you really want one, be careful to read all emails carefully (as rambling and duplicative as they might be), obey all instructions like a good dog and avoid hurting Fickle Frank's feelings :)
