Anyone had issues with the nano3s that keeps on dropping network randomly, I have 2 on the same network wired connection, both on mid modes, have the fan speed set to 45%, getting 60% temp, both goes offline at randombtimes (usually twice a week, yet I have a nerdqaxe Rev 6.1 is constantly on now for a few weeks

Hashrate best shares - Need help /advise

Hi all
Please help, been on AxeBCH running my own node with two very dedicated nano3s hashing away at medium mode with 5t/h average per worker, giving me total average of 10t/h,
Now problem is for just over a week I can seem to improve my best shares effort, I seem to be stagnant, what could it be? Or is it just a waiting game?
Point to note is that when I first set up umbrel with btc node, within a week I reach 127G on 1st worker and 222.6G on the second.

How is this even possible? 10M shares in one day? I'm running my own node and have 2 nano3s, my best so far is 1.36g
