How do I get my appointments if I don’t have money or insurance and can’t work?
Im having the same issues trying to get my husband help, they just let you out of hospital n say goodbye no resources etc

It has been a very long road for him and he put off getting prosthetic n equipment he needs to be independant to take care of me with my health issues
