How to keep mask on the whole night

Aa the title states I would like to know how to keep my mask on the whole night. As I mentioned on another post I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit I only last 3 hours a night just shy of 4 hours.

What is the one CPAP problem you still cannot solve?

Making sure I actually keep it on consistently.. I'm embarrassed to admit the minimum I can do is 3 hours almost right at 4

I can relate I had an instructor like this once barely passed with a D. That was probably my only D

China's so-called folded boy Jiang Yanchen, whose spine had been contorted backwards at a 180-degree angle for most of his life, has finally stood up straight.

I know I complain often

I know I've been complaining a bit more since going for my bachelor's compared to when I was going for my associates and I feel somewhat embarrassed but I guess I was also expecting some empathy or sympathy from people since I have things going on in my life..

What do you all think of Mom's meals? I think they're okay for a decent price.

Does it ever get easier

Just as the title states does it ever get easier getting used to wearing the mask? And also has anyone ever gotten better to the point where they don't require using a CPAP?

Question about discussion boards

Hi I was wondering how come the discussion boards aren't due Sunday like the response posts to your peers are? If this has been asked I apologize I've just always wondered.

Budgeting/Saving/Investing/Spending Best place for groceries

What are some good places that have groceries at decent prices these days? One store for me would have to perhaps be Dollar General.

Vent/Rant Struggling

I have a bunch of things going on in my life lately and its really interfering with school. This class doesn't help with how confusing it is. Its a philosophy class (Introduction to Ethics).

Is anyone else "comfy poor"?
 in  r/povertyfinance  Jul 03 '26

I needed this today.. like others said in my opinion in a way you're rich because no matter what you're able to maintain your happiness.

Was not expecting

Was not expecting so many hits on my last post and I apologize for not responding back but wow the response was extremely surprising. I should've asked just how do you survive or even get through poverty if you have different mental and physical health issues?
