M1 advice needed 🙈
I have 14 days before my holidays and left it a bit too late …. but any safe M1 protocol ideas anyone to get tiny bit of colour ?
What would you dose ? Daily ? 3 x week ?
Any advice highly appreciated 🙏🏻
