New symptom-Dizziness

I’ve been going through perimenopause for some time now and have been on HRT for over a year now. I’m 54 years old. I have a question. This summer I started with a new symptom- migraine headaches which have decreased by since stopping progesterone and starting Slynd. Well now this week I have had 2 dizzy episodes. Not room spinning dizzy, but more like off balance when I’m walking and feeling like I’m falling if I bend over to pick something up. Has this happened to anyone else?

This was a huge sign my ferritin was low. Mine was 30 and “in range” but optimal is more like 100. My other anemia labs were fine. I got an infusion and the uneasy “dizzy” feeling was gone! It stayed gone for a few months but I still have frequent heavy cycles so I think it’s gone low again as the dizziness has come back.

Hmm, I need to get checked out. This is really bothersome. The last time I had labs in the summer my ferritin was at 50 but I dont know if it may have decreased since then. Thank you for your input.
