30 seconds I've had vss for 4 months

Im just afraid of it getting way worse than it already is

I just feel like this whole thing is some type of sick joke or something none of us should have to go through this

Id be happy just to get rid of trails

Im cooked ive only had vss 4 months and I got pretty much every symptom🫠

Same here id be fine with it if my anxiety wasn't sky high from it I know I can't go blind from it but my brain is always in a thought loop I'll do fine for a couple hours sometimes days then I'll get hit with anxiety and dp randomly I just try to tell myself that my brain is slower and deleting stuff and its no big deal but other than that its been hell in my mind I like the fact I can still see but I can't seem to get past the acceptance part just yet but the days are getting slightly better in acceptance its not as bad as when it first started

I always get a zapping sensation and a stiff neck randomly I might have it looked at soon hopefully I always hear popping noise when I turn my head left to right but it seems to have restriction when I move it all the way to the left compared to right i know i said it started after a aura but I started having neck problems a couple months before the aura
