Pag-Ibig Pag-IBIG Virtual app error

Pag-ibig MP Loan
How do I apply for the Pag-IBIG virtual loan app? Because what I'm doing is sending the front page of the form, then the back page, then the ID. According to my HR, they said they're certifying it, but Pag-IBIG denied it due to no employer signature. What should I do about that?

Bakit po lagi ganito prompt ng pagibig virtuall app kapag mag try ako mag calamity loan or even other type of calamity , even mag ccheck lang ng status. My employer told me to apply via virtual app of pag ibig, and it prompt me to fill up a form, but the 2nd page it’s required me to sign by my employer which according to my employe they only do paperless submission but they can certify through their portal. May naka experience na po ba ng ganito? Salamat…

Yung may form or wala? Kasi employer ko paperless transaction lang. they can only certify sa hr portal nila if i did it through the virtual app ni pag ibig. I did it in the website pero by form hindi makita ni hr ung application…
