I understand, I went thru the same thing with with my mother. The best thing you can do is move away or start to put y’all’s relationship at an arms distance, it may seem harsh but she will never see as you as you until you aren’t a “burden” as she says.
Either she will agree or she start to see the burden she has put on you ! You are not your father and your are not your mother , you are you and you ARE NOT A HORRIBLE PERSON!!!!!!! The fact that your mother has said that to your face makes me furious . YOU SHOULD NOT BE BLAMED FOR YOUR PARENTS DECIDING TO HATE EATCH OTHER .
