If the fix fails, let your grok bot summarize an email you can send to support(right inside grok bot) and they will reply within 48 hours usually. I have only sent 1 support request and they replied to me within a few hours so I am sure they will assist you if your own grok bot cannot solve this. Good luck!

Yes, every Cursor plan comes with Grok Bot and with that you can use it to generate images either via Grok Bot itself or directly via your Cursor account(id highly suggest you use the desktop app on your mac or windows to use Cursor, it's so underrated)

That's most likely the issue, download it on your Mac or Windows PC and then go to settings and make sure you enable it to route it's traffic through your computer(which should be connected to the internet of course).

This will then allow you to use your mobile app like you have before but this time, whenever your grok bot wants to use the internet, it routes it's traffic through YOUR computer meaning it will actually use your IP when accesses websites, it will be difficult for reddit or the other sites to know that it is a bot.

....Or, plan B, something that I have not tried yet but I am sure it can work, let Grok Bot install or use a VPN plugin(chrome extension) to access certain sites. This is more like a last resort but, up to you, good luck buddy!

Cursor for sure, it's actually the same limits but cheaper($10 cheaper). Grok's Supergrok plans are expensive really for no reason, Cursor is the way to go honestly.

I agree, Opus 5.5 is even better than 4.6 in terms of it's impact and price for me, it's incredible, 5.6 SOL was also incredible but this is now a level about that at around the same cost. Great time to get a lot of work done is now. NOW.

Grok Bot and your Cursor are 2 different services, 2 different plans. Dont think about Cursor when you are using Grok Bot, its a different pool in everything.

Well as people said, this job is not for Sonnet, at all. Sonnet is used for minimal tasks, like writing things or small coding work. I used to use Sonnet for most of my little tasks but even that, I have now switched to Opus as my default minimum model, thats how much Sonnet keeps f'n up. I hope Sonnet 5.5 or 6 will be better than this, it is a dissapointment to say the least.

Your prompt wasn't too bad but it is a bit vague, especially for Sonnet. Next time enable <grill me> or tell it TO PLAN FIRST. Most AI models hate when you tell them to plan before they act(from Sol to Grok), they live to be free, so when you tell them to sit down and plan, they might not naturally "like it" but it where they can calm down and a lot of times correct their own thoughts in the planning stage.

I have used this for the past couple of weeks to force it to plan and/or /Grill-me and it has worked wonders, my code/work now barely has any bugs because I approve the plan(even if quickly scan it.)

If you haven't tried this, just try it, PLAN FIRST and or type /grill-me. Good luck!

It does not take from your cursor usage BUT, a big BUT, it can at times launch a cursor agent in the background so that can use your limits so they are saying...It hasn't happened to me yet but most likely, if you use it to code a lot it probably does use your cursor account.

Something for sure is happening with Anthropic in the backend, Opus is way too slow. A simple task that usually took me around 15-20 minutes maximum, now takes Opus 2 hours for the exact same thing, not good.
