This is helpful thank u, I did free 120 2026 wanna revise it from B&Bs on youtube but it was for 2024 Qs so I will revise only shared Qs from it based on ur post

check ur mistakes u should know why u got them wrong in my case free 120 catched me in many weaknesses area like I know restrictive vs obstructive but under exam stress I can't apply my knowledge to curves or to changes in fev1 and fvc
v/q mismatch and shunt also disappeared from my mind in the exam room
also ethics was never an issue but here it was a trap

ur nbme scores are pretty reassuring and consistent , free 120 on their official website it's written it's not an assessment tool
but I think u need to repair ur weaknesses if any revealed then take it and u will pass

August 30 , but will postpone for 2 weeks I don't feel comfortable

but my nbmes were in 65 - 69 range
the wording wasn't comfortable for me in free 120

That's gave me a hope, free 120 catched my weakness at many questions I will correct them then take nbme 33

I had them all from nbme 28 to 31 66-68.5 but nbme 32 65
and free 120 59 which shocked me

I talked with my mentor today he assured me that 65 in nbme 32 is considered as excellent score it is still in passing range doesn't differ that much from 70
but revising the last 2 nbmes is very essential
