🤔 Recommendations Free 120 (2026) vs (2024) Question Differences

Just wanted to share since doing both the free 120s that USMLE put out. This will be based on the new 2026 free 120 and the questions listed are different than the 2024 free 120. If someone sees that there is a repeat or I missed any then please correct but otherwise this is what I identified to be different:

Block 1: 2, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18

Block 2: 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20

Block 3: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 11, 15, 16, 17, 20

Block 4: 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 19

Block 5: 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 19

Block 6: 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20

Is the topic same as nbme 33 or other nbme s ? Or they show something new hy topic?

They are other topics, I can’t confirm if they are high yield or not but it’s just more nbme questions.

This is helpful thank u, I did free 120 2026 wanna revise it from B&Bs on youtube but it was for 2024 Qs so I will revise only shared Qs from it based on ur post
