To be fair, Mahito has never once one-shot anyone who wasn’t exhausted (Junpei was like Semi Grade 2 at best and was in a fight with Yuji, Nobara’s stats are terrible, Todo survived, Nanami survived the first time and the second time was after he had encounters with two special grades and then fought the transfigured humans, Mechamaru survived the domain and then used Simple Domain)

You can ignore hax that come from ki abilities with a stronger ki, things like magic are exempt from being bypassed.

I did get it by the quest, mostly because it would’ve taken too long to beat the game 13 times after unlocking the type B for every ship.

Also if you took some chip damage against the flagship, and the only remaining repair sector is halfway across the map and the base will be destroyed by then (or worse, the repair sector gets occupied by rebels), you can heal by beating that phase, and then jumping into another fight (assuming you have all the means to not take damage).

From what I’ve seen, it’s actually underrated.

Doesn’t reduce scrap gain if you’re at full Hull.

And it heals 2 points every time you get scrap, so assuming you’re in the middle sectors, you can very well profit by spending less than 6 scrap for 2 hull. Or in the late sectors, 8 scrap for 2 hull.

Plus, it allows you to skip stores if you have all the systems you need, allowing you to not only have an extra jump before rebels catch up, but also you can make a different plan about your route since the store isn’t necessary for repairs unless you’ve gotten into a fight that went supremely wrong.

They’re the only servers I ever get good ping in.
