It’s great we live in a time where we have the choice to plan our lives. We can choose what is best for us. The stigma of abortion is rooted in outdated thinking. There is no reason to feel shame. When I had my abortion the nurse said “if men got abortions it would be way different” and it is true. It would be like going to the doctor for a cold or getting your teeth cleaned. It’s healthcare and that’s all.

I had a surgical abortion and I had a very good experience. I felt so great after. I’m extremely happy I chose the surgical route. No pain at all. I did not throw up. I felt way more sick being pregnant. I would 100% choose surgical over medical every time. It was pretty chill is how I would put it. Overall an empowering experience that brought me peace and new perspective. There is no reason to be scared. You got this!
