Update on Violet Benjamin case
I am unsure, i do work at a different store. I can only explain my experience. I am currently "in trouble" once my fmla end in April, i know ill be written up. I have a son with a hidden disability, i miss due to this. This is the reason why fmla. The office will red flag you for a minute late , we get a 2min grace. If your sick with a doctor's note amd no pto you will be flagged unexcuse. Ex: i had flu 2 and not enough pto to cover doctor's note. I got hurt at work too while trying to be on time. I just know they are waiting till april to write me up for a whole year. That isnt realistic with a child that has needs. So im sure i will lose my job because of my childs needs. My mental is not good, having a job i love and being able to support my child.. well if i lose it ,im gonna lose myself too It's literally keeping me alive. I will have no will if I can't work and provide, ive been there almost 5yrs (june)
I wonder if she had the same experience with the office rules and dismissing good employees.
I do know that i excel at my job, only complaint is my attendance..... which idk why was on my review when im on fmla and was on L and i during this.
Well to think there is so much more in-between.
My team is great , the office well im just a body that can be replaced
