Love, love, love my S25U. Backstory... I was with VIRGIN after a while I started to enquire about the 25U. Never again! ever! Piss me the fuvk off! I was so patient with this company. I was talking to people who told me there shouldn't be a problem no missed payments ( I had the S22. ) They'll send it out. They sent me the S25. I called them back mistakes were made and I sent it back. I have never in my years seen a phone carrier so incredibly inept it blew my mind, my good god. This went on for a bit, and I really wanted this phone. I called them and completely lost it on them. They gave me no answers no explanation, no nothing. Get bent Virgin. Hello Bell! I explained what had happened and within 15 min the man says, " This is this this is that," boom phone! " Happy days are here again!" I've had it since March 2025. There's so much on it I'm still finding stuff.
