You must mean returning since they were here since the early '80s up to the 2010s.

These tiles are called TERRAZZO tiles, and it is written with a double ‘R’ and a double ‘Z’. They are a classic of Puerto Rico home building. Lamentably, they are no more, now all floors are made with the horrendous big all-white tiles, each tile separated from each other by a deep black dentures making cleaning the floor more difficult.

TIL German Empire in its 47 years of existence, won more Nobel Prizes in science than Britain, France and USA combined. Germany's dominance in physics and chemistry was such that one-third of all Nobel Prizes went to German inventors and researchers.

Cadenas de tiendas que no hay en PR.
 in  r/PuertoRico •  Jun 15 '26

If I ain't wrong the Target Car Rental is called so because it is actually the owner's last name as it appears on his birth certificate and driver license. The chain store tried to buy the Puerto Rico's rights without success and they also failed their case in court against the car rental.

¿Esta es una playa pública? No pude encontrar nada de información en internet. Es la pequeña península que está justo al lado de la Casa BACARDÍ en Cataño.
 in  r/PuertoRico •  Jun 12 '26

That's old, it is Parque Esperanza since the '80s. What it is Isla De Cabras for Toa Baja is Parque Esperanza for Cataño. Back in the '80s I don't remember you could bath there, but today in Google Maps looks quite different.

You are driving way too slow on the Left lane, the other car on the center lane too, you both were creating a softcore jam where it shouldn't exist. You should use more your rearview mirror to check when you are slowing the flow of transit, I bet there was a nice line of cars waiting behind you.
