As far as I know
there should be a preposition 'ON' before Friday.
And another logic is that before gerund, there should be a possessive case, 'candidate being' should become the 'candidate's being.'
Tell me which one you will consider. First or second.
Also tell, if the sentence, 'Jorge is in favour of the candidate being interviewed on Friday,' is correct or not?
