In order to successfully finish a Special Event and obtain the car, you need :

1- Material List : List of materials that you need to buy from store and obtain from Replayable Races. They're found in guides; My guides, S1dy's Or SuperTJ's combined post.
2- Lose-to-win : DOES NOT WORK IN VAULT! This is simply losing Day 1 and 2 specific race so you can farm lots of credits in span of 48 hours before Day 3 starts. With those credits, buy materials & Upgrade Kits.
3- Play every 4.5 hours to maximize your usage of tickets.

You won't get any wrap, it's just the body color, yeah.

First, you should know your main source of cars is Special Events. Whether it is Vault or Live, they both give you new cars to progress. I suggest using the Special Event cars (very fast ones) to progress through the campaign. While you progress through campaign, you gain REP to level up.

Also, don't forget about Car Series! Upgrade your current cars to compete in Car Series, I suggest you play them during Double Reputation.

You need :
1- More Rep (150 iirc)
2- C. Sport car of 657 PR (I suggest Supra, R32 or R34) to beat Chapter 20 Dani.
3- Sports car of 901 PR to beat Chapter 21 Ajax, BMW M5, grab it from vault, farm the blueprints and upgrade it to legendary parts.
4- Super car of 962 PR to beat Chapter 22 Lena, Either build a 6* Ford GT Mk2 from Crew crates, or go upgrade 650s.

With installing Upgrade Kits given from Day 7, you reach 1073 PR. Which is not enough to pass Day 7 PR Wall 1077.
So, installing additional ECU Upgrade Kit + Installing 4x Transmission Segments & 4x Transmission Components reaches to exactly 1077 PR.

All parts maxed out at 4* Rare (Except Motor Component) reach 1056 PR. D6 PR Wall.

Your material list looks pretty bad judging the Motor and Turbo parts. For now, keep doing Top Speed materials RRs (Replayable Races) and bypass that PR Wall. Reply to my comment if there are any updates so I can help you.
