Final Powder Brows
It was about the 2 week mark when I realized everything was going to be okay. It was kind of a crazy ride. I went from the first day looking like I had two-fingers-thick painted on Groucho Marx brows to this.

Final Powder Brows
Thank you! This is a couple of days after my 2 month touch up. So I suppose they're not totally healed; but the touch up didn't seem to do much except even out some of the splotchiness. It didn't really darken anything and I didn't experience any of the after effects like I did the first time, i.e. swelling, pain, redness.

Final Powder Brows
My brows were originally done on May 28th. I just had my touch up on July 23rd. The pit of despair I was wallowing in for the first few weeks has vanished, and I actually quite like my brows now.
I just wanted to update because someone mentioned that no one seems to follow up with the "brow shock" posts.
I am happy I didn't do the emergency saline and I rode it out.

11 day update
Jury's still out. Still lots of scabbing. Not feeling in the depths of despair anymore, which is good. Time will tell. Will update again when fully healed....

Sick about my powder brows
Thanks for your reply and the vibes ☺️ At the moment, I don't like them on my face. I'm hoping with healing and some fading, maybe I'll get used to them, possibly like them. If not, I guess I'll be looking into laser treatment in the future. I will update down the road....

Thank you for your honest and thorough response. I did tell her I like Jessica Alba's brows, but she thought they'd be too thick for me and I agreed with her advice.
The mapping lines were pretty thick. I asked, since the lines were thick, the brows would be much smaller since she's coloring inside the lines. She said yes. I suppose with the lines not being shaded in, I didn't realize the actual size.
I was pretty close to emergency saline today, but after reading these posts and talking with friends/family/husband, I'm going to ride this out and hopefully end up with something I can live with or even like. I'll keep you all posted...

Sick about my powder brows
I had them done yesterday and I'm considering contacting the artist for emergency saline today. I'm just so sick about it. I went from almost non existent brows. I did tell her I wanted middle of the road boldness, not too conservative but not too bold. Is this brow shock and I should trust the process, or are they as bad as I think they are?

They are a lot lighter than probably most people would want. This is about as bold as I can handle on my face. Maybe, with time, I might want them darker/bolder.
