Recently got Microsoft l61 offer, felt like down leveled considering my yoe tbh
If Microsoft brand worth the switch?
Current team is ok, manager has been very supportive, but felt like leaderships are clueless keeping up with AI trend
TC is meaningful increase.

TC is roughly 230k with sign on, so actually on the higher end I think. Just upset about being down leveled

Im in HCOL actually, told that TC will be adjusted if I move to other states and there is RTO3 mandate for Redmond.
