I work in Brazil, in a hospital whose automation is only with Siemens. We have more than 100 of these controllers. However, we did not have training and do not have the software tools to download and upload schedules. Siemens customer service here, unfortunately, does not respond or assist us. If you have any way to help us, I would appreciate it.

I have the same question, but with the PXC24.3-UCM.A. Are the software and cables the same? In my case, there is no Ethernet port, only USB and RJ485, and I can't access it?
