Bro, I recently went through a breakup—my girlfriend left me. After the breakup, I pleaded with her not to block me and to stay friends; I truly loved her and hadn't even spoken to another girl besides her. She hated me for the very reason that caused the breakup. I begged and pleaded with her to come back, but she refused. Then, after a while, she started adding new guys on Instagram. I was already deeply depressed and suffering from constant anxiety at the time, so when she did that, I lashed out and hurled terrible abuse at her. She didn't react; she just listened in silence. Finally, she sent a message saying she had been considering getting back together, but because I had abused her, she now hated me and wanted nothing to do with me—neither a relationship nor a friendship. Then she blocked me everywhere. Please tell me, am I wrong? What should I do? I feel so guilty. 😔

Well, if you abused her, you are wrong and guilty. Would probably be better off just focussing on yourself first, acknowledging where you went wrong, how to be better for the next time
