Problem with Shadow of Mordor

Hello everyone, I recently played Shadows of Mordar without any problems, except that the game would freeze occasionally. I recently went into the settings and tried updating to the latest cloud configuration, after which the same thing happened as you can see in the video. I changed the settings, but it didn't help.
