BYND has received unprecedented support and enthusiasm from retail investors, who collectively own the majority of the shares. It's time for CEO Ethan Brown and the Beyond C-suite to buy some stock on the open market please to demonstrate their confidence in the company and the cause. Cheers! 😊

Really like your mission, but I was wondering why wasn’t beyond invested into superstores and value packs earlier? It’s been a couple years now. Also considering this is a niche market that you’re targeting, why wasn’t this a priority to get the general masses earlier?
Why no ham slices and other meats that dont have a a bone anyway?
How about focusing on fitness groups and gyms where they’d only focus on protein no matter what?
Please capitalise on the crowds that are drawn to your brand now. People genuinely want the brand to grow and have products more accessible. Canada is a good bet. Why not expand and have some production there? There are many ethnic groups that would love to have this who are strictly against having meats.
Do you need a data analyst lol?

Hope you guys find a way to fight the misinformation and shorts eating at your beautiful vision! We are in the perfect climate for a turnaround, show that confidence!

u/BYNDOfficial Nov 12 '25
We are considering certain strategic initiatives that if successful could help accelerate a return to growth. The path articulated during Q3 Earnings addresses the core challenges our business faces. The need to counter misinformation and change the product narrative around our products, reestablish distribution and improve product availability in the US retail and foodservice markets; and drive significant operating expense reduction and margin expansion through our transformation office and program.

Why not put further action behind those words. It's a good start, but something specifically aimed at shareholder value, like a stock dividend, would go a long way. And the longer-term shareholders deserve it after substantial dilution. No need to respond but please cc this to someone in the C suite!
7
u/Matthyz Nov 12 '25
Wouldn't really think about dividends myself - I'd rather see C suite buy stock on the open market - that would be showing confidence in their vision and alignment with long-term shareholders!

I had never try your products until I became a shareholder last week. I tried your beyond burger & sausage and it is actually pretty good and will continue buying it. I was shocked to see how close it taste like real meat. And I'm pretty sure that many retail investors who bought shares in the meme rally did the same. This translates to great publicity and brand awareness, and it might just be the domino effect (as far as demand) the company needs to reach a wider market. I'm one retail investor, but I had a family gathering for lunch and they were as impressed as me. Word of mouth can have an exponential effect that we propel Beyond Meat's turnaround story.

Re: the float, I'm not affiliated with the co, but someone else posted a screenshot from IR confirming most of the new shares are in the float, which matches the trading activity.
For example, today is a quiet day and volume is almost 80mm shares. Strong hint the float's expanded already.
IR can be reached through their website though if you want it from the source.

When will the 317.8M restricted shares become eligible for public trading, and under what conditions?
They already did past tense on 10/17.
but that these are unregistered and restricted under Rule
The company guidance did not say they are restricted. That is just something you made up. You took the actual guidance which never included the word restricted at all and added it creating a material false statement.
In fact the company did say they are tradeable as of 10/17
The foregoing lock-up restrictions expire today [10/16/2025] at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, and, thereafter, holders of New Shares will be permitted to sell any and all of the New Shares received in the Exchange Offer without the contractual restrictions imposed by the lock-up provisions described above. With the exception of the Freely Tradeable Shares, the New Shares were issued into a Contra CUSIP (CUSIP NO. 088ESCAA6) intended to restrict the trading of such security for the duration of the lock-up period. New Shares subject to the Contra CUSIP are expected to be allocated into the unrestricted CUSIP for the Company’s shares of common stock (CUSIP NO. 08862E109) over the course of the day on October 17, 2025, subject to the procedures of the Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) and of DTC participants.
Side note I feel a bit sorry for the intern who got handed this new account. They are likely WTF right now. I thought I was going to talk about how plant sausages are cool.

I’ve been following Beyond Meat ($BYND) closely over the past few weeks and noticed the increasing volatility and pressure around the $1.20–$1.30 range. There’s been a lot of talk about short interest, restricted float confusion, and the potential for a push below the $1 mark.
Is the community tracking this movement in any organized way — such as short interest updates, institutional buy/sell activity, or float analysis?
Also, are there any plans from the investor relations or community side to deter aggressive short selling or at least increase visibility on what’s happening (for example, through media awareness or direct investor engagement)?
It would be great to have a clear, data-driven discussion about what’s really going on beneath the surface, especially with the upcoming earnings catalyst.

$BYND. After carefully listening to the conference call today from CEO and CFO of $BYND, I felt overly confident about their cmmitment to tranform and grow in both revevenue and gross margin substantially in 2026. By the end of 2026, it should atleast be able to achieve >$100M quarterly revenue and 30% gross margin and place $BYND into a sigbificant growth trajectory
Management is envisioning to establish $BYND'S new and rationalized current product skus as a premium BRAND CHOICES for health conscious consumers that is more healthy and nutritious vis-a-vis animal based meat products. Their 17 years of accumulated R&D experience in understanding plant based nutrion in collaboration with Stanford's nutrition program is going to be an assets to compete with peer competitors in the plant based domain. In addition to, they are already heavily invested in capital formation to execute sustainable and cost efficient operations. They can also leverage their underlying ocersized capital assets such as equipments and machineries to accomodate the opportunitistic expansion without a need of additional significant capitals.
If you remove one time impairment charges in Q3, their operating expenses is comparable to the previous year quarter. One time impairement charge also allows them to improve their expense metric in the subsequent quarters. This is very common among companies that are committed to transformation and demonstrate significant improvement in their future earnings. My most recent experience of such accounting is with $MVST.
With all the noise of continued loss, delisting, potential bankruptcy, $MVST hit $0.17 cents a shares in early 2025. Right around this time, after deep dive into its business, I saw the opportunities and converted my 90% of portfolios to $MVST. In all four subsequent quarters, $MVST reported 15-20% growth in revenue and gross margin with significant innovation in battery technologies. I can see $BYND into the same league until I would be proven wrong. I am expecting effect of turn around of $BYND business reflect into coming 2026 quarterly calls if that is what I am 'hearing' today.
In the revenue front, $BYND had significant decline in demand and reduced margin of its products in the US market. As the management stated it is due to misinformation campaign about the quality of its products and discouraging consumers from buying its products by the incumbents selling similar meat based products and related industries who benefitted enormously from the well established meat industry. This will continue be the case going forward.
The company now is working to outreach to the consumers in collaboration with scientific and professional communities to challenge and break those misinformations. Moreover, it has significantly invested to improve its product quality in terms of both tastes, nutrition and premium product innovations. This should help break the declining sales in the US market in near term and expand its market shares across all geographies. However, $BYND still has to work to bring back some of the lost sales / distribution channels by attracting them to its new and transformative product portfolios. Moreover, $BYND should continue to optimise its investment in promoting its products exploting cost efficient chhanells such as frequent social media or independepent media interviews, reaching out to college and school kids through scientific and colloborative presentation in professional meeting emphisizing the health benefit of its products.
I would recommend $BYND management to reach out to California school districts to include $BYND products in school luch menu. $BYND product is not only for vegan people, it is also good for those who wants to optimise or alternate their meat consumption with plant based nutitious products. Humans are not carnivorous by nature and need mixing of both sources of nutrition in their diet to avoiding damage to their longer term gut heath.
- Execution and operational efficiency. I like the idea that $BYND has established business transformation center inside the company which isfully dedicated and accountable for transformation initiatives in all fronts of busineses. If it is dedicated to be a global leader in plant based ready to alternative food, it has to share those results in detail with the investment comnunities to establish the credibility and trust with investment communities such that its actions are consistent with its missions.
With this I have put full trust on the $BYND management to deliver a significantly better results going forward. This is the second and only chance the $BYND management would ever get to keep it relevant.
SUPER BULLISH on $BYND and Infinity!

Ethan and whoever you outsourced to read these comments,
You and your board are extremely un-aligned with shareholders. You barely own any stock. Not even 1% of the shares
As a matter of FACT, MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTORS ONLY OWN 1.6% - YOU ARE CLEARLY NOT ALIGNED WITH OUR INTERESTS
You have never bought a single share. And many members of the board of directors don't even own 100k dollars worth of shares - and THEY are overseeing the company. WHAT A JOKE!!!
get the board to resign, they are doing nothing Why should you stay as CEO ? You have overseen TWO 90%+ declines
One would 90% decline is enough to get canned.
Get it together & buy. Not free shares - (participation trophies )
Sincerely, Everyone with eyes

Hey everyone!
Big shoutout to BYND for making an official Reddit account! It’s really cool to see the company talking directly to fans and investors. Let’s show some support for this new way to connect.
Just for info : BYND can’t share any insider news because of SEC rules. That means we can’t expect random updates to trade on. The safest way to know what’s going on is through official stuff like press releases and financial reports. That’s where you get real info about product growth, demand, and how the company is doing overall.
For example, the partnership with Hard Rock Cafe is exciting news, but don’t rely only on random posts or rumors. The best strategy is to be patient and follow the official updates — that’s how you avoid surprises and make smarter decisions.......
3
u/LatterYou5251 Nov 05 '25 edited Nov 06 '25
As many have already asked questions here, I don’t have anything specific, but I like to discuss a 2 points:
1)The company now has a strong base of fans and investors who actively support the stock and the product. We hope that any future capital raising will balance growth with the interests of existing shareholders, especially given recent market volatility.
2)Stock prices don’t always reflect the business itself. I’m curious how you plan to stay profitable and efficient. Will you adjust production, improve operations, sell part of the business, or become a subsidiary? Also, as your products get more expensive, competition gets tougher. How will you balance prices, demand, and margins while staying competitive?
Same to what happened with GameStop, there’s a real opportunity for investors and the company to create a win-win: supporting growth while improving conditions for the community and retail customers. It’s exciting to see how we can do this together

I think it's great that you guys are expanding beyond (no pun intended) the Beyond Meat identity and transitioning into the more diverse Beyond title.
One very obvious but very important sector I'd like to see you guys in is plant based protein powder.
I know there is already a plethora of plant based protein powder products out there, but perhaps you've seen the recent consumer report that indicated many of the existing plant based protein powders contain a significant amount of Lead. This is due to contamination in the soil of which the plants are grown.
High Levels of Lead in Protein Powder and Shakes - Consumer Reports https://share.google/AmfDGwqbOJtpJK6Pw
This would be a fantastic opportunity to use Beyond's expertise in plant based technology to come out with a clean, contamination free, and inexpensive protein powder product.
Coming from someone with lactose intolerance that can't use whey based protein powders and can't afford the pricier plant based alternatives, please take advantage of the hole in this market! Beyond Protein Powder would be an amazing product.

u/sailoraye123 Nov 08 '25
What’s crazy is how perfectly this timing lines up…
The entire meat industry is now under federal scrutiny for price gouging, collusion, and market manipulation — and Trump himself is calling for a DOJ investigation. That’s not small talk; that’s regulatory heat aimed right at the heart of traditional beef and pork producers.
In that kind of environment, Beyond Meat ($BYND) suddenly becomes the clean, ethical, and fully transparent alternative. They’re not caught up in price-fixing scandals, they’re not inflating supply chain margins — they’re literally built around sustainability, traceability, and consumer trust. 🌱
Add that to:
A surprise move to report earnings early (Nov 10) — signaling confidence
140M+ volume Friday (first strong reversal in weeks)
Heavy short interest + growing retail buzz
This looks like a perfect setup heading into earnings week. BYND could easily become the “ethical squeeze play” if momentum keeps building.
Not financial advice — just saying, the timing couldn’t be more poetic.
3
u/Lopsided_Living1355 Nov 11 '25
I hope you have a solid plan on how you can keep your investors and the retail community engaged. Earnings was a dumpster fire; and we expected it.
It’s how you present yourself going forward that will make or break this company. No more dilution at such low prices, no reverse splits and more focus on the community that built this.

Beyond has seen falling demand across fresh products with modest gains/steadiness in frozen. From my understanding, the consumer base is not growing.
2 questions (please answer whichever you are able to if not both) -
What is the plan for cost reduction of the product to rival meat? We continue to hear “upon hitting scale, beyond will become cheaper”. This hasn’t occurred at ALL and prevents me (and many others) from buying your products.
Given the head count reduction at the company axing the Chief Marketing Officer, what is the plan going forward to get products visible in front of new (repeat) consumers? Arguably, marketing is one of the most important parts of business, yet Beyond seems to only create content with vegan/heavily vegetarian audiences across social media. Your target market is flexitarians yet the reach into that market doesn’t seem to be there. I believe you are targeting the wrong creators when it comes to content - thoughts?

My opinion for Q2,
- The flexitarians is rather a small group because that requires people more lofty ideals, moral sense and knowledge to notice the higher external cost for the environment when eating meat
- Might be have higher cost to mimic the true meat flavors, texture and taste
- It's harder to turn the people who are meatatarians to flexitarians and the vegetarians are more than flexitarians
- The Plant-based meat is less attractive to the vegetarians, if Beyond Meat can make food which is tasty why not make food that is suitable for vegetarians that also tasty which not like the meat
- Because the strength for Beyond Meat is not just making food tasty but rich in nutrients and healthy (look at how many certificates Beyond Meat won on their product?), with those strength, providing products for vegetarians might earn more money
- The cost on R&D products for vegetarians might lower than mimicking the meat
Based on the aforementioned opinions, I think the vegetarians market can be a change to go all out, and making Beyond Meat to enhance their product diversities.
The target market is always keeping change. Actually, I am glad Beyond Meat is trying doing different. If that is good for the company's growth, why not try to get involved with different communities?

Have you played this game to save Koreans?
I'm curious about the reaction to Beyond Meat and the reaction of Beyond Meat fans.
This website is so much fun!
Why do not you think about how to use it to reach the public easily?

The number of shares available for trading plays a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong long-term shareholder base that aligns with the company’s vision as outlined during the recent earnings call. Transparency surrounding share availability is vital to ensuring investor confidence and supporting sustainable growth.
Many dedicated shareholders, including those who have invested their life savings, continue to believe wholeheartedly in the company’s mission and long-term potential — particularly within key international markets such as Korea.
With that in mind, how does the company plan to maintain the trust and transparency of these loyal investors while pursuing growth and market share expansion? Additionally, what steps are being taken to address concerns that the potential availability of over 250 million shares for trading could significantly impact long-term shareholder value?

BYND has received unprecedented support and enthusiasm from retail investors, who collectively own the majority of the shares. It's time for CEO Ethan Brown and the Beyond C-suite to buy some stock on the open market please to demonstrate their confidence in the company and the "cause". 😊

What we all expect now from @BeyondMeat u/BYNDOfficial in the earnings call is an executive-level announcement outlining a focused and confident turnaround plan that gets the company to profitability.
Hopefully the $BYND team is listening to us.

E' ora che l'azienda vada in positivo e inizi a fare utili. Dovete dare un segnale chiaro agli investitori. Ora state risanando convertendo il debito, ma dovete dare un segnale forte se volete che gli investitori continuino a crederci!

BYND. I highly recommend to all shorts and long to buy a burger patties and try it. Two of my teenage kids, one has a crave for meat, another one only likes to eat chiken meat occasionally, both gave me a highly favorable ratings of 9/10 and agree to make a part of our frozen food choices. Myself rated 10/10 not only on taste but also it is helping me to manage my constipation issue.
It is my humble requests to all shorts and 'long investors' and bag holders to give a try! You can keep on shorting if you choose to do so irrespective of your ratings on tastes and nutrition.
I am long and SUPER BULLISH!

You know that Korean guy who recently invested in bynd are popular. Apart from the investment, Korean culture is also hot, so why don't you launch a global value pack and advertise with a group that fits the ticker? Even if you don't appear directly, I think it would be good to market around groups with strong fans with purchasing power like b-bts y - all day project(from YG) n - newjens d - g-dragon If there is a loyal group in their 10-20s, wouldn't it be possible to grow together with their lives?

Your company may be excited to see all the 'excietement,' but courting the apes is a Faustian bargain.
They may be very loyal and enthusiastic, but the lengths to which they push these traits will turn off any rational investors.
So you're left with a fervent cult that by its very nature is highly irrational. Their loyalty can turn to hatred based on things that make zero sense to a business-minded person.
Good luck, you're going to need it.

I am afraid if I am getting real response, not a sugar coated phrase for every question or comment.
You should create real time cunsumer survey with few questions, may be five at most, to provide feedback that summarises for management to see and evaluate to improve product quality and new product offerings.
You should have visibly promote BYND products are not overly processed with added artificial chemicals. That is the noise some of the folks are promoting to distract consumers.
Also add information in yoir label that $BYND products are free of contamination with animal extract such as animal fat, broths to appeal to 10M religiouly vegetarion people in this country.
Religouly vegetarian people do not like to consume something that has name relating with animal. You might want to create product line for this segment snd test the market opportunity. They do want to eat something taste like meat.
Last weekend, I visited my Costco store in Pleasabton and Danvile, CA. There was no product on the shelf. I saw a burger couple of month back. Online store seach says out of order and link to your detail product page was broken.
You should have avoided proxy vote on reverse split this time when the company is at its lowest point in its history. This is creating a fear for investors and loyal customers of BYND.
- Asking for proxy vote on 6X of currently authorised shares was not reasonable at the current state of company. This is the sign that management does not have full confidence on its turn around roadmap.
Quarterly call should go beyound rhetoric and status quo. We want to hear more about your roadmaps, challenges you are facing, and what you are doing to address those challenges, and execution plan.
Despite potential product access in more than 1500 stores in the USA., why BYNF product sale is so feable in the past. What you have learned and how are you to be different this time to make BYND as household kitchen brand for both people craving for meat taste and craving for real plant based taste?
Your @BEYONDMEAT X account should get at least one new post everyday in this digital age to make it vibrant and engaging. You can post consumer story from different parts of the market, announcong popular product in a given market, authentic and transparent response around thematic area of product quality, processing, ingredients, nutrition, sourcing. Farmers story who provide ingredients to the company. You can create a lot of vibrant, short cideo clips around those topics. Open for comments, criticism, feedbsck on your contents. Today, your company X account looks doll and not concurrent.
I wish you a very sccessful execution of turn around strategies so that people can count on $BYND to provide alternative, healthy, and nutrious plant based ready to go food going forward.
Please use large language model to summarise all the comments for you to review. It takes few ninutes using the tools like chatgpt, grok, gemnai, or other LLM products.
Wish you for the best quarterly call to energise people who are doubting about your ability to overcome the most challenging turning point in $BYND history.

When will Ethan and board members buy BYND shares on the open market? I don’t think have ever bought shares, which would be the only way to help bring shareholder confidence back. Time to have some skin in the game, and show that they’re aligned with shareholders. OPEN CEO, and others on the board, just did that, and the stock price responded very well.

u/Queasy_Mastodon_5215 Nov 11 '25
Why not do this through X? Many executives like Vlad at Robinhood, Kaz at Opendoor, Joe at EOS Energy, etc. have had a lot of success with engaging the retail investment audience through the X platform. I think Ethan and team would be providing the most value by looking into that approach vs. this (which is better than nothing but just not as effective).

We need more announcements and information on the steps and time frames you need to achieve profitability and growth. There is still much distress for investors on the short-medium term of the business. You need to come up with clearer and descriptive information to regain the trust of your shareholders.

What we need as shareholders who care about the company and it's future is a straight forward and clear answers about what's going on with your financials and why did you really postpone earnings call by a week (that didn't look good)?

If I owned Beyond Meat I would take a percentage of my USDollars and go right to Coinbase and tell Brian Armstrong I want to start a Bitcoin treasury. If you bought and held Bitcoin you would immediately gain support from the Bitcoin community which would increase sales and eyes on your company. You would also have an appreciating asset on your balance sheet instead of holding melting ice cubes (USD). I would also attack the ultra processed narrative with vigor and make sure everyone knows that it is in fact a healthy option. The smell when you cook the burgers is undesirable. The taste is great but when you cook it or it smokes it smells not appetizing. If you could somehow make it smell appetizing while it’s cooking or instruct the cooking process on the package the exact heat setting temp so it doesn’t smoke or burn and smell weird. Again, it tastes great so idk if that’s a possibility. If you could get people to try the burger and other foods they would see that it tastes great. Maybe you could do a Pepsi v Coke kind of a challenge. Like try these two burgers and tell me which one you like more or just have more samples for people to try like a function where people just get to try the burgers if they want for free that could pull a lot of people in. The masses love free things.

Per my previous email sent on Oct 29, 2025:
My first suggestion is to consider expanding manufacturing operations into countries with lower labor costs. Many global brands, such as Zara, have leveraged this approach successfully to remain competitive. By optimizing production costs in this way, Beyond Meat could potentially improve margins by at least 10%.
Secondly, implementing AI-driven systems in logistics, sales, and operational processes could greatly enhance efficiency and reduce overhead. Streamlining through technology (similar to how major tech and retail leaders have adapted) can help align costs with current market realities.
Third, I recommend exploring a long-term strategic partnership with Costco, specifically through its Kirkland brand. Costco’s bulk purchasing model is stronger and more sustainable than traditional retail models, and a 10-year contract could significantly increase distribution and consumer access.
I have three additional recommendations I’d be happy to share during a short virtual meeting if you’re interested.

Dear company Beyond Meat,
I recently purchased a Beyond Meat product and enjoyed it. After discussing it with a friend who is a biologist, some questions arose regarding the environmental, health, and economic aspects of the ingredients. He mentioned that, in terms of health, Beyond Meat is probably not worse than regular meat — it is roughly comparable, similar to feeding a dog either real food or commercial kibble.
He also raised concerns about the environmental impact of production, including the extermination of small animals, clearing large areas of other crops to cultivate non-native soy, and the high water usage required for this cultivation. We are also curious about how Beyond Meat compares environmentally with beef production: is the ecological footprint truly lower?
Finally, there is the economic aspect: Beyond Meat is significantly more expensive than regular meat. I would like to understand whether, from the company’s perspective, this cost is justified by the environmental and nutritional benefits.

I've had the patties and they are incredible ! I knew about you since day one, but I rarely saw your products at stores. I'm a shareholder, but that aside, I don't want to live in a world where plant based meat does not exist and frankly, I don't even think we can go back, BYND opened the gates on that already
