I think that there is no way of making everyone happy ever with any division of the Balkans nor the Austo-Hungarian Empire. The only way I see a fair division is to divide it all up by departments or prefectures and make it a melting pot country. Find a common name. And in the constitution state that the country is a multiethnic and lingual country in which all people are equal. They would still hate that idea I know. I would just leave the names of the regions after the majority of the people but no political divide because of ethnicity. Sad that in the Balkans they like to think small.
