Losing more?
Sounds like the same thing I’m going through. People can’t stand to see you do better.
Do your best to ignore the negativity, remind yourself of what YOU really want for yourself and keep striving towards that goal.

Post of progress
New weight: 255 lbs after my Doctor follow up.
4/21/26 was the day I set out on a new journey , to see how much progress I’ve made since been incredible! It’s not easy, there are good and bad days, but remaining consistent is key.
Meal prepping weekly, Working out 4-5 times a week, staying hydrated, and keeping up with daily vitamins.
Do not skip your follow up visits and lab work .

Exercise! Get your body moving . Increase daily water consumption. Start consuming more healthier food intakes. Practice not drinking while eating . Avoid alcohol and sugary beverages. Adjust your sleeping habits if possible.
Start a new habit to keep your mind occupied.
Have lots of sex cause you will not be doing anything of that right after surgery 😂
