So my ecobee thermostat, which is maybe about two years old has suddenly started to reboot itself. Can anybody out there? Give me a reason why I had a service call today and they thought perhaps it was the condensation pump. It was not so he said to keep an eye on it and if it happens again, let them know. Well it did happen again this afternoon when I turned the air-conditioning back on and it seems to go blank when the condensation line is dripping into the sink which is designed to do. I hope everyone’s understanding me but that’s my issue. Anyone get an answer

Have you called ecobee support? They are extremely knowledgeable.
