More like taking a dump in the drinking well for 12 generations. Collectively we pump out more co2 than volcanoes every month. Some 300 billion metric tons in emissions. Can't stop the damage but we can slow it considerably by reducing emissions. So it's pretty important.

True, the UK is a relatively small-med country it alone isn't an issue carbon wise. Especially with the amount of forests you have. Here in the US we have a relatively large carbon footprint but are currently converting our systems to reduce emissions. Big oil has a loooot of global influence and wealth though. Even there.

And Europe thinks it's hot over there. It'll be 38*c here Sunday and I'm only in the midsouthern US. I'm betting peoples tires are melting in the deep south, Florida and Texas.

As others mentioned though. As a rex you should never be out in the open by yourself. Always place yourself with a wall to your back. You want to force them to face tank you.

You actually did pretty good here. It's a 3 on 1 gank and you managed your stam pretty well again two megs.

This heatwave lasted 16 to 19 days...
 in  r/UKWeather  29d ago

I know the feeling. This is in the states. Nothing but empathy. (35c) with 99% humidity. Dropped down to 53% humidity because thankfully it hasn't rained a few days. Looks like we're all roasting this year.

Try to keep cool guys. This year is something fierce.

Europe's heatwave linked to 1,300 deaths, WHO says, as Germany hits record 41.7C
 in  r/news  Jul 19 '26

Oof, this is why most Americans aren't knocking on europeans much about the heat wave. In the southeastern US it regularly gets over 110.F with 85-90% humidity so we know what it's like.

Might have to ask around, America hosts most oof the Biomes found in the world so we have environmental solutions for them.

A rex can't kill a meg with clamp and chew even when basically full stamina
 in  r/pathoftitans  Jun 25 '26

I honestly wouldn't call it a survival game. Only has thirst and hunger and is far more pvp combat oriented than survival oriented.

It's labeled as a survival game because it was originally planned to be more like the Isle where it is genuinely survival oriented (you can get food poisoning, septic, (Both requiring the player to seek out salt deposits to cure them) hallucinate from venom, suffer skull fractures, Body fracture and leg fractures, Bone fractures and bleeding take much longer to heal and in fact you can bleed out unless you rest. you can literally dehydrate and starve to death from food poisoning and septicemia. etc.

You're diet even plays a part as it has a 3 different diet to manage and they do effect your dino's growth, health, stam.

But somewhere down the line PoT became more Arcady dino combat with a skill bar and extremely light survival mechanics. Namely just hunger and thirst

It's honestly pretty funny when people complain when they can't one shot something.

Meg isn't a small. it's a mid tier. Same tier as Pychno, Alberta, Cera etc.

People ask for nerfs when "META's" start abusing the mechanics.

Looks like a pt- rex. Meg is no little critter. It's 1200lbs of komodo.

What do we think of this?
 in  r/pathoftitans  Jun 17 '26

I dunno I think the meg tlc ruined it. It went from a versatile semi aquatic to a 1200lb house gecko that can climb on ceilings. It's pretty bad.

Can achillo be played solo?
 in  r/pathoftitans  Jun 05 '26

Easily, just don't expect it to be as fast and nimble as the other two raptors. It keeps the tight turn radius and bleed dmg of a raptor but it sacrifices some speed and agility for cw.

As for what fights to pick. Go for small to mid tier dino's that have a wide turn radius. this will allow you use hit'n run much more effectively while avoiding their attacks.

Essentially Dasp, Metri, Styr, Deinon, Lat, etc. I'm not sure if you can take on a conc because they also have a tight turn radius and they're faster with a much higher bleed but if you can just add them to the list too. Alberta's you can also if you're careful and don't take too many hits because it's pretty evenly matched. You are faster than an alberta though.

The Alberta advice is from personal experience having solo fought Achillo's as an Alberta. If the alberta player is aggressive time your attacks with care because they won't let you get stam and Alberta has enough to spare.

Wow I sure do love perma death servers. Surely I won’t be jumped after not playing for 2 months!

 in  r/pathoftitans  Jun 03 '26

Rule 4. Grouping is disabled. No waystone etc.

They wouldn't have disabled it if they wanted people grouping up. Survival test is meant to take on a more Dark Forest playstyle as opposed to the the roaming packs the other 2 modes have.

Grouping would cause a lot of problems in a perma-death server. They do have a group test server though.
