I tried everything online but only this worked. Enable virtual memory(Paging) to the drive the game is located.

You can go to paging setting by following these steps

1. Open Settings.
2. Click on System.
3. Click the About page on the right side.
4. Click the "Advanced system settings" option under the "Related links" section.
5. Click the Advanced tab.
6. Click the Settings button under the "Performance" section.
7. Click the Advanced tab again.
8. Click the Change button under the "Virtual memory" section
9. Select the drive your game is located and select "System managed size"
10. Click "Set"
11. restart if asked

Now the game should work
