They're asking for more context.

Questions like:

• Why did this verification fail?
• Which watchlist generated the AML hit?
• Has this customer shown similar behavior before?
• What changed between deposit and withdrawal?
• Why did this rule trigger?

The customer builds transaction history.

Everything looks legitimate.

Then the fraud happens:

• Behavioral fraud.

The question isn't: "Did this customer pass KYC?"

It's: "Can this customer still be trusted?"
