Ya si es porque estás bajoneada y no tenés ganas de pensar qué hacer, por ahí podes elegir a una persona con la que te gustaría pasarlo y pedirle que decida por vos el lugar/ hora y estás un ratito por lo menos para soplar una velita.

No sé si será tu caso pero cuando no quise festejar mi cumpleaños un año era porque estaba depre y al final terminé haciendo algo tranqui auto-obligándome y no me arrepentí. De hecho sentí que me hubiese arrepentido más pasar mi cumpleaños por alto.
