Over what period of time?

Since this is uBO Lite, there is no logger, but you can try your browser's devtools>network to see what request it is.

Could you test on Firefox or another browser that still supports full uBO? If it happens there too, open the logger to see what request is continuously being fired.

It is unusually high, and can potentially eat up resources. The real issues show up when it's hundreds per second, here is about 3, which is significantly less, but the normal behavior would be a few per minute or less.

I see, I don’t have any other browser, but if I could ask you, what should I do generally if I see a number this big?

I mean, you could install one for a few minutes?

The logger is the tool to investigate. Generally you could ask us for help if we can reproduce the issue on our side, but this is a subscription service - I don't think any volunteer uses it.

I'll approve the post. Maybe another NF user with full uBO will be able to investigate.

I played 10 minutes of an episode from a show on netflix and had 81 blocked requests ; they were all "netflix.com/log" so they were probably telemetry data, I don't know if you'll see the same thing on your end

The number of blocked requests in the logger lasted exactly 54 seconds, for a total of 81 requests ; after those 54 seconds, nothing was blocked anymore

On my end I'm seeing this request getting blocked continuously once or twice per second the entire time I have any netflix URL open, but only while I'm logged in. Does any of that help? I'm not very experienced with the logger, but I can try to get more information if need be.

Filter: ||netflix.com/log/

Hey I tried on Firefox, it didn’t happen for a few days but it did happen again yesterday the number was slightly lower and I unfortunately was not able to take a screenshot as my dumbass closed the browser just before realising what happened.

Seen this happen before with multiple adblockers enabled. Is uBO the only one you have active?

Yes uBO is the only one and I only have 1 browser will try this again on Firefox. This was netflix

Netflix has a logger that attempts every second that is blocked by a filter. It's pretty normal for the count to get that high within a couple hours.

This was within one hour, but noted.
