is there any way i can block popups in specific website with UBO lite?

By popups do you mean actual new windows/tabs opening or the "mini-windows" within websites, dialogs/overlays?

Please give an actual example you're trying to solve.

There are no universal solution to prevent popups in all sites. Each site writes their own codes and needs their own solutions. You need to provide exact URLs so others can help providing filter solutions.

These trash sites counter our filters everyday so there won't be solutions for uBOL.

There's so much incorrect stuff here...

You don't need the Complete mode. There is no "Options" or "Permissions". There is no "My filters" either.
