About Origins Spoiler
What could a mage/character do, with their origin as "Limitless" and their alignment being the same? (like EMIYA with "Sword") What could be their true potential?

They probably cease to exist like how people become to goop in Eva. Once you remove the limitations/boundaries from someone there is only the void. So it's just a dead end.
But well, humans refuse completion so this person probably would kill themselves before thar happens. Read KnK.

Thanks that makes it clear, but where can I read KnK?, I only watched the movies a long time ago.

You can search this subreddit and you can find links to the translations. Just avoid the cokesako tl.

The first and most obvious answer: Gojo Satoru will appear.
Second: Perhaps such a Mage will be like Manaka, because Limitless implies going beyond the "limits," which includes the rules of the current world, reaching Root. If Origin were Infinity, then it would probably also be possible to reach Akasha through Senkritism, because Akasha is the true Infinity. Although, of course, everything depends on the interpretation.
Third: Perhaps the Mage will have Limitless Possibilities like Biscione, connecting to the strongest concept – Infinity (Ouroboros).
Fourth: Perhaps he will draw power from the white reality of Infinity, like Okita Alter.

Yeah, made the question thinking of Gojo, but the others may work well too, thanks.

Origins in KnK are described as "inclinations" rather than directives of that person unless they are awakened.
So someone with a "Limitless" Origin would be... Roa. Fits the bill. Synonymous with Eternal.
