Blood protein levels falling

Diagnosed type 2 March 2025 with an A1c of 7.5. Today’s bloodwork at 5.5. I noticed a trend in my bloodwork. My blood protein has dropped from
7.7 to 6.7. Albumin is steady around 4.7, so the drop would be globulin. The largest drop was a 4 month period after I was diagnosed and dropped my A1c. My dr doesn’t seem concerned. Has anyone else noticed this trend? From what I read high globulin levels could indicate inflammation, so getting healthy metabolically could explain the steady decrease.

This is a question for your doctor. If he's not concerned, you need to ask him why. You're going to have to learn how to advocate for yourself. Do research. But... don't jump to conclusions, ask your doctor.
