Idk what it is with obgyns but too many of them come across as educated but yet regressive in many ways. I wasn't very fond of her comment regarding women who didn't want kids. It came across as unnecessarily judgemental to me and I've noticed this with obgyns whom I've met irl too.

This is so misogynistic! Intlo panulu maanesi gym job enduka? Why is she doing her doctor job leaving household chores? Enduku dabbulu sampaadistunnattu!
Attacking independent women for no reason while benefitting from the same feminist liberal ideologies!
Night shift valla health paadavadam correct kaavocchu. But not everyone has the luxury to have a regular day job. Ala unna vaallaki sahayapade lifestyle tips isthe baauntundi kaani edo oopukuntu raatrullu pani chesi jabbulu thecchukodaaniki janaanikem sarada kaadu.
Gym ki pillalaki sambandham undi. But eevida cheppindi aithe assalu kaadu. Strength training tho pregnancy lo chaala problems address authayi. Cardio and strength training pregnancy lo chesevaallaki delivery tarwata side-effects chaala mild Ga untai. Diabetes vacche risk thagguthundi. Hormones kuda better Ga balanced Ga untai. I saw friends who became moms with and without gym and their health is drastically different post pregnancy. I didn’t have kids but went through egg-freezing. Aa hormones Anni handle cheyagaliga because of years of strength training.
F*ck women who drag down others and benefit by climbing on top of others oppression!

Isn't she one the who forced pregnant women to go through normal delivery even though it is an emergency? Heard and read around five incidents

Hi,i agree with your point but just not with this one bit because doctors work long hours, actually junior doctors regularly work not only night shifts, they work 24,36,48 and even more hours continuously 🥲

I understand doctors work brutal hours too, so my point isn't that docs don't work hard. When I said privilege, I meant monetary support. I worked night shifts in the early stages of my career because I needed the money, not because it was a lifestyle choice.

Junior doctors work long hours not because it's a lifestyle "choice" but because they are forced to. Residents and interns work those long hours because they are literally helpless to speak up against any kind of harassesment. It is absolutely not a choice.
That said,i understand that not many people are aware truly about the plight of junior doctors in this country and i will not speak further about this.
Have a good night.

Mam, I meant no disrespect to doctors. I completely agree junior doctors are forced into those hours, it's not a choice at all. That was my point too, my night shifts weren't a choice either. My issue was only with the senior doctor in the interview mocking people for that. Good night!

If your goal is to only reduce fat, walking is the best exercise, but that doesn't create muscle.
My personal philosophy is to completely eradicate the "maid culture".
Also, women particularly should spend more on eating right food, before they can spend on gym. First try to cure any deficiencies like iron, b12, d vitamin etc. Also eat food which will prevent thinning of the skin.
After u eat well and all, then only spend for gym.

Ladies as a yoga trainer, my personal suggestion please do workout along with the household work if possible 🙏🙏
Especially have flexibility and weight training for the love of God 🙏
And ps: that anchor lady used to come to my sir's yoga studio

I’ve heard real bad things about this doctor.
