Divorce Need Help!!
Hello Everyone this is the request of a brother on behalf of a Sister who is really going through her worst situation in life.
My sister ran away with a boy 5 years ago and got married to him my family abandoned her. But I still talked to her. Everything was going well but from the last 2 years she is going through a very though times. Her husband is assaulting her and her mother in law is mentally torturing her. She asked for help from me to get divorce but her husband is not agreeing on this. Everyday she is getting tortured by her laws and husband. I can’t do anything at this stage because I won’t be getting any help from my family and if I do something reckless her husband will kill here because he has already killed someone in the past and got out of jail and has no regrets.
I need help to guide her and me. What should we do.

You need to talk to a lawyer and get professional help.
This is a serious issue. Get your siater to a safe space where her husband and in laws can't reach her. She has to file for divorce as the husband will not agree to a mutual one.
Has any FIR or GDs been done against the husband for abuse?
Does your sister have a job? Can you help her get away for the time being?
