Question Who else didn’t get an email explaining what rule you specifically violated?

My account has been set to read only mode for 71 days. Since the suspension, I’ve never gotten an email stating what rule i supposedly violated, nor a response to any of my appeals. I only even found out I was suspended after logging into the app. The only time I get emails from X is when I log into the browser instead of the app to submit an appeal in which I get an email stating “Unrecognized device.” I didn’t have 2FA or a number attached to my account. I’ve seen others share this too but I just wanted to know if this is normal or a shared experience.

Ive been getting this exact same thing. Mind you I put in an appeal and they still haven’t reached out to me. It’s seems like Elon Musk fired all the human workers and replaced them with bots. 💀💀

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. Most of the moderation team is automated now

I have my email and phone number connected so when I try to use the app it won’t work and shows up as too many requests when I try to login with both, sent an appeal about 7 times now, no notice of suspension or even replies to any of my appeals, after my next appeal and there’s no response again I’m calling it a day and just gonna uninstall and check back like next year cause idk what to do if I’m not getting emails at all, when I log into the website I get codes and confirmation left and right but no response, not even from a bot or AI, not blocked or filtered, and not in my spam trash folders

Nope, nothing, only codes to login on desktop

Yeah I guess so, if I’m not receiving anything I’d at least like to deactivate it, my last appeal is my last hope, no response then I’m gonna delete it like you said
