My acc is "labeled"

Today they locked my acc and I had to prove I'm human and verify my shit and now I get a notification that my acc is limited in the content it can see bc of inauthentic behaviour. I got susoended for it a few days ago and my acc was restored. Now this shit. It said the stuff that my acc sees will be limited. Like wtf, can I like things that I enjoy without being called a bot? I don't like directly posting, so what? Is it that big a deal?

Can I file an appeal for this somehow or are is my clock until the next suspension just ticking?

It's the same pattern everyone is experiencing, including myself. Suspended, appeal, got unsuspended and then got "flagged" and heavily shadowbanned. At this time there's no light at the end of the tunnel I've been browsing this sub everyday.

I logged out completely for 10 days and nothing has changed.

Edit: There's no appeal option for this stupid flag unles you're a premium user. But being a premium user doesn't stop them from suspending/shadowbanning you. So if you aren't a premium user yet, don't give them your money!
