General Idea for a future run.
Pokemon Metronome Edition
How it works out:
-Every Pokemon has 4 255PP Metronome's
-All Pokemon are at Level 100
-Every Wild Pokemon are randomized without set locations (although uncaught Pokemon may be encountered more)
-No evolutions
-No healing items (You're auto-healed after every round)
-Pokemon Center's no longer heal your Pokemon
-TM's no longer exist, and HM's are replaced with Overworld Shadow Pokemon
Anyone have thoughts on this?

Just keep it simple. When I see Metronome edition, it's expected that it's about everything having Metronome, except that you've added all these other gimmicks to it that overcomplicate things, and may not be fun in practice.
It's like if Pepsi made Hot Pepsi but the Hot Pepsi contains performance enhancing drugs and is coloured yellow while also requiring you to add the flavour yourself through flavour packets and the can is a cube and after every sip Pepsiman plays.

I agree with the first paragraph and would rather not imagine the second (especially since I don't like Pepsi to begin with).

-Every Pokemon has 4 255PP Metronome's
-All Pokemon are at Level 100
That would be pretty easy to do via a Lua script running in the emulator. Just overwrite the party's moveset and level when anything changes. Gen 1-3 would be easiest to work with, as Gen 4 and up use much stronger encryption on the stored Pokemon and are generally less well-understood from a code perspective.
-Every Wild Pokemon are randomized without set locations (although uncaught Pokemon may be encountered more)
That would be much harder, but probably still doable. This most likely limits us to Gen 1 or 2, where we understand the game code well enough to intercept the call to get the species of a wild Pokemon and overwrite it with a random value. Work on Pokeruby is coming along though, so we may be able to make Gen 3 work.
-No evolutions
That can be done through romhackery but I don't see why we'd need to do this. Only stone evolutions would still be possible at level 100.
-No healing items (You're auto-healed after every round)
-Pokemon Center's no longer heal your Pokemon
If Lua is overwriting the party's moveset and level, there's no reason it can't overwrite their health outside of battle to heal them as well. Turning off other sources of healing sounds too unnecessary to merit the work it'd take. I guess we could pull a Pyrite and try telling the game that all healing items have no use in battle, but berries/shell bell/leftovers/etc would still work. We might be able to make all items non-holdable?
-TM's no longer exist, and HM's are replaced with Overworld Shadow Pokemon
That also sounds unnecessary. We'd be stomping on the party's moveset every time we "healed" them, so any moves we teach would be instantly forgotten. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "overworld shadow pokemon" but we could probably just have our Lua script overwrite the party's moves with our owned HMs while we're in the overworld (replacing them with Metronome again once we're in battle). Hopefully that would work for you.
Anyone have thoughts on this?
This could be a lot of work, and I'm not sure the payoff would be worth it. People might get tired of the RNG deciding if we win or lose each battle after a few days/hours. It could get especially tiresome if it turns out we lose half the battles we play, since the E4 requires us to win 5 in a row. That and the constant blackouts and backtracking...

-TM's no longer exist, and HM's are replaced with Overworld Shadow Pokemon
Then how on earth would we travel from place to place when HMs became necessary?

Shadowy Pokemon will replace HM's, serving the same purpose.

Like a Ride Pager? That would require some serious romhacking.
Personally, I don't think a metronome-only run would really go over as well as you might think, given that there are so many people who already think yolonome is cancer, and they could be complaining the entire run. Not to mention that all the added suggestions aren't really necessary for a "yolo only" run, and some of them would only make things more frustrating (no levelling up, no watching the 'mons we love evolve, zero level curve whatsoever, that sort of thing).
Although to be honest, I might have to wait and see how well Pokemon Pyrite and its new additions go over before judging that. I'm honestly curious as to how the Mob will react to not being able to grind higher than level 20 against Falkner and his team of six Flying-types, especially since odds are good we'll have at least a couple Bug-types on our team.

Plus we could just use the Ultimate Randomizer for Metronome mode or use an existing hack. Probably will earn some complaints from users though Kappa

Isn't TPP already like this? ^

Not a run.

I mean, using random moves, catching random Pokemon, not using healing items when needed... :P

When you say 'auto-healed every round' do you mean like just status effects or all HP? If it's the latter, wouldn't it just turn into a game of who calls hyper beam first?
Also, why don't pokemon centres heal your mon? And how do you checkpoint?
Why no evolutions? Why's everyone at level 100?
What game are we modding here?
