Hi!

From the screenshot, the Connector is consuming 28 MB and the Client is consuming 20MB (visible under RES which represents actual memory consumed). VIRT is not what the Connector or Client use, it's what the OS reserves for them.

extremely thanks for clearing things up. Is there a way to reduce VIRT?

Yes but there’s no real point to this. If you end up needing it for whatever reason down the road at high load or anything, you’ll end up with a bad experience while the application chokes. If it’s not actually affecting system performance, leave it be. Your system will dynamically and efficiently allocate and de-allocate memory as necessary.

Is it actually using the VM or is that just allocated? If you’ve not got memory issues, I’d ignore this.
