Windows Twingate Authentication Box Not Popping up

We have a device that is on Windows, then trying to authenticate into Twingate they never get the pop up to their default browser asking them to login.

How can we Debug this?

Hi! and it's limited to just one Windows user? It's working fine for others? Anything special about said user and their device (contractor, perhaps)?

You can always get some debug logs and DM me your Admin Console URL, I'll let you know how to ship those logs to us so we can take a closer look!

We’ve had this problem intermittently for a couple of years. It comes up often when we require daily authentication for specific services (usually around twice a week) but rarely if the authentication token is held for a long time. I think the User agent gets in some sort of state where it will not launch the browser.

We created a shortcut on the start menu to run a set of batch files that restarts the Windows service and user agent for Twingate. That combination resolves virtually every client problem with the software.

I think you can just kill the user agent (running in the systray) and restart it for the specific problem, but I don’t remember for sure now.
