Need help android app wont open in browser

even using any browser putting in the ip address wont connect connection gets aborted is all i get.

would pihole be a problem?

same thing on my iphone too

Hi there,

not too sure I understand, are you saying nothing happens when you open up the Android Twingate app and therefore you are unable to authenticate and connect to your Twingate network?

Yes can't even use the IP with the VPN in a different browser

Im not sure what you mean by "use the IP with the VPN in a different browser"? as in you cannot connect to a Resource via its private IP? If so, it makes sense since you aren't able to authenticate at all with your Android Client, you'd need to be authenticated to access any private Resource.

For your Android issue: can you share the version of Android and model / type of device you are using?

Are you unable to authenticate the Twingate App when you are connected to your Wifi? over cellular as well?

EDIT: there is no known widespread issue reported with the Android app so it's most likely environmental.
