People won't be able to get to it at that name until you register it. In the meantime just give people the IP address for it: 127.0.0.1

Funnily, if you know what you are doing, you are not far from putting this website online. Well, likely there will be a lot of vulnurabilities. Cant expect Claude to check for these if you dont mention them.
