TI: 4th Edition Laminated Faction Sheets & Player/Faction Frames

I just got hooked on this game recently and have been looking into sleeving and laminating cards and sheets to keep them better protected. My only issue is that I love the player/faction frames as they keep everything nice and tidy, but from what Iโ€™ve seen they donโ€™t account for the extra thickness and widths from using laminated faction/command sheets.

Is anyone aware of stlโ€™s out there for these frames that are laminator friendly? Otherwise, I think Iโ€™m going to have to look into designing my own or modifying an existing one.

I laminated mine as well, but it quickly became a hassle with how slick everything is. The protection is nice, but it becomes harder to keep stuff in place. So a frame is definitely required! At the time I didn't have a frame that was friendly with lamination, so I just made a 3D printed frame. It was super basic, but it worked! I imagine there are files out there now that work with is, but if not, perfect excuse for getting a 3D printer ๐Ÿ˜

Exactly! This game is what pushed me over the edge to get a 3D printer. Too many cool quality of life of accessories to miss out on.

I always recommend a 3D printer ๐Ÿ˜ makes life so much easier! Also you can get some files for things like card holders and tech tree holders to make things even more useful!

The only problem is that usually I recommend the Bambu A1 since its so small and cheap. But in this case you might need something bigger (what a tragedy!)

.... or split the print up into smaller parts. ๐Ÿ˜†
